Two victorian style buildings, originally built for the railroad workers in the early 1900's was converted into 7 individual apartment units. The units vary in size and include 1 studio apartment, 1 one bedroom apartment, 3 two bedroom apartments, and 2 three bedroom apartments. There is a coin-laundry facility on site, on site parking, grassy areas, and on site wifi. Many of the units still have the old charm from the original build and some units have been completely or partially renovated with more modern amenities.
